Tierney Lawlor, a native of Ansonia, is a UConn graduate, and a 3 time NCAA National Champion. Over her time at UConn, she played in 123 games, and her teams’ overall record was 142-2. She played with 13 WNBA players during her time at UConn, including: Breanna Stewart and Napheesa Collier, who are widely considered 2 of the best players in the world.
An Ansonia High School graduate, Lawlor was a captain, as well as all state player, for the Chargers.
