Dennis Kelly, FOUNDER and COACH
Dennis Kelly played basketball at Siena College and refereed college basketball for 20 years (10 at the D1 level). Dennis has coached players at every level of basketball, from beginner to pro. Dennis is currently the Athletic Director at Holy Trinity Catholic Academy and Head Coach of the undefeated (32-0) varsity boys 2012 New England CYO Champions. Dennis' sons, Rich and John, are NCAA D1 players at the University of Massachusetts

John Kelly, COACH
John was an all SCC player at Fairfield Prep, and a member of the 2015 Class LL State Championship team, before graduating from Williston Northampton, where he was named First Team all NEPSAC Class A. He then went on to play at Fairfield University, and ultimately transferred to UMass, with his brother, Rich. He received a Finance degree from UMass, and is finishing his MBA at Assumption University, where he is currently finishing his college career.

Rich Kelly, COACH
Rich Kelly is a former Division I basketball player and current coach known for his toughness, leadership, competitive spirit, and elite shooting ability. A native of Shelton, Connecticut, Kelly built a respected collegiate career through perseverance, adaptability, and a relentless passion for the game, earning recognition as one of the top shooters in college basketball during his career.
Kelly began his college career at Quinnipiac University, where he quickly emerged as one of the top young guards in the MAAC. As a freshman, he earned MAAC All-Rookie Team honors and established himself as a skilled scorer with toughness, confidence, and a strong feel for the game. During his sophomore season, Kelly led the MAAC in three-point shooting percentage, becoming one of the conference’s most dangerous perimeter threats while continuing to develop as a leader and competitor.
Following three seasons at Quinnipiac, Kelly transferred to Boston College, competing in the ACC before finishing his collegiate career at the University of Massachusetts. In his fifth year at UMass, Kelly once again established himself as one of the nation’s premier shooters, leading the Atlantic 10 Conference in three-point percentage while bringing veteran leadership, experience, and professionalism to the Minutemen program.
Throughout his playing career, Kelly earned respect for his resilience, authenticity, and team-first mentality. Known for his calm confidence and steady presence, he consistently brought energy, competitiveness, and passion into every environment he entered while navigating multiple conferences and high-level programs across Division I basketball.
Following his playing career, Kelly transitioned into coaching and joined the University of Connecticut men’s basketball staff under head coach Dan Hurley. At UConn, he has contributed in areas including player development, scouting, analytics, recruiting, and daily program operations as part of one of the premier programs in college basketball.
Today, Kelly continues to dedicate himself to helping develop the next generation of athletes both on and off the court, bringing Division I experience, elite shooting knowledge, competitive toughness, and a player-first approach rooted in growth, connection, and love for the game.

Kyle Casey, General Manager
OVERDRIVE Basketball | Coach
Kyle Casey is a former professional basketball player, elite player development coach, and General Manager of the Dribble Drive Basketball AAU program. Known for his toughness, passion, versatility, and relentless competitive spirit, Casey brings high-level playing experience and deep basketball knowledge to the next generation of athletes.
A Massachusetts native, Casey built an outstanding collegiate career at Harvard University, where he became one of the most accomplished players in program history and helped elevate Harvard basketball onto the national stage. During his time at Harvard, Casey earned Ivy League Rookie of the Year honors, multiple All-Ivy League selections, and finished his career among the program’s all-time leaders in points, rebounds, and blocked shots. His leadership, physicality, and energy helped lead Harvard to multiple Ivy League championships and NCAA Tournament appearances.
Following his collegiate career, Casey went on to play professionally both internationally and in the NBA G League, competing against some of the highest-level players in the world. His professional journey included time with organizations such as the Memphis Hustle, Wisconsin Herd, Bakersfield Jam, and multiple international teams across Europe, Japan, and Mexico.
Today, Casey serves as the General Manager of the Dribble Drive Basketball AAU program, where he helps lead the organization’s vision, culture, and player development efforts. Widely respected as an elite player development coach, Casey is known for bringing intensity, attention to detail, authenticity, and genuine care into every workout and team environment. His passion for the game, combined with his professional experience and competitive mindset, allows him to connect with players while helping them grow both on and off the court.
